Common questions

Before you call, here's what most folks ask.

Do you service my town?

We work across Suffolk and Nassau County. If you're in Long Island and you have a residential pool, the answer is almost always yes — but a quick call to is the fastest way to confirm we can route to you this season.

When does pool-opening season start? When do you do closings?

Openings start in mid-April and run through Memorial Day weekend; we book up earlier each year, so the sooner you get on the list, the better.

Closings start the weekend after Labor Day and run through the second week of October, weather permitting. We'll text you a few days ahead with the scheduled date so there are no surprises.

How much does weekly maintenance run?

Weekly maintenance pricing depends on pool size, equipment, and what shape the water's in when we start. We'll quote your specific pool on the first visit before signing you up for the route — no guessing, no surprise bills.

Pool openings start at $300 depending on pool size and condition. Closings and one-off services are scoped the same way.

Do you handle salt-water pools and heated pools?

Yes to both. We service chlorine and salt-water systems and we work on gas, electric-heat-pump, and solar heaters. We install and repair pumps, filters, salt cells, automation panels, and pool lighting.

How do I cancel or reschedule a visit?

Just call or text at least 24 hours ahead. We're flexible on weather and life happens, but same-day cancellations of a scheduled visit may carry a small trip fee — we'd rather just move it.

What if my pool's already green?

That's our green-to-clean service. We'll come scope it, run shock chemistry, replace the filter media if needed, and stay on top of it until the water clears. Most pools come back in 3–7 days. We'll quote that on the spot before we start.
